Job Description

The Customer Solutions Officer is a Wireless Center frontline and acts a Smart ambassador. Other main tasks are as follows:

  • Oversee end-to-end requests of subscribers.
  • Handle recording of sales transactions, forecasting, and managing of stocks.
  • Engage the customers by responding to their concerns and requests.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Tech savvy, customer centric, and results-oriented.
