Job Description
The Product Development Lead reports to the Lead Generation Business Unit Head (AVP for Product Development & Management) and manages all product development and marketing initiatives involving the lead generation platform. His/her responsibilities include the following:
- Manages tasks and activities required to optimize profiling of users and generation of leads so that the team can efficiently target them for the appropriate content and services
- Ensures that the product/service is monitored as it goes through its lifecycle from ideation to strategy, to development to launch, to growth to maturity, and eventually to decline
- Acts as liaison between Marketing and product houses, as well as partners and third party developers
- Collaborates with Affiliate Accounts, Marketing, Product Design, Product Engineering, and other relevant stakeholders to come up with completely laid out product development, implementation, and commercial launch plans
- Monitors and tracks the developments and milestones of assigned products/projects
- May come up with new and innovative product/service concepts, ideas, and strategies to scale up the lead generation platform
- Expected Output: Project Initiation Request (PIR) or Project Brief, Product Requirements Document (PRD) or Service Description (SD), Business Case, Work Plan, Product Status/Performance Report, Product Roadmap, Digital Strategy Deck
- Preferred Work Experience/Background: Mobile/Web/Software Development, VAS/OTT, Telco/Media Convergence, Digital Marketing, Digital Media/Platforms,
