Job Description
- Performs data gathering, assessment, and endorsement of a possible solution to the complex requirements of different Business Units.
- Attends workshops with the Technical Team of third-party applications with an interface to SAP.
- Applies accurate configurations, changes, and updates on SAP system for existing and new/upcoming companies/branches.
- Prepares Functional Specifications based on business requirements of BUs, coordinates with ABAP programmer and assists during development.
- Performs functional testing and directs key user testing for configurations done and developed programs.
- Conducts key-user and end-user training for subsidiaries/affiliates that will implement SAP.
- Handles data migration for companies/affiliates that will implement SAP.
- Coordinates, monitors, tests, and assists in the development of various workflows with connection or integration to/from SAP system.
- Monitors and tests modifications to existing programs.
- Develops and updates various reports/programs due to a constant change in business processes and reporting requirements.
- Prepares SAP users' Manual / Users' Guide.
- Supports/assists key users in determining appropriate solutions to challenging issues raised by the users.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accountancy or related course
- At least 3-years in General Accounting
- Knowledgeable in SAP FICO Functional or SAP Support Team member
