Job Description
- Serves as tenant relation representative
- Assists superior in negotiating leasable areas to prospective merchants and supports property's marketing plan
- Ensures proper handover and monitors all signed up leases up to store opening
- Handles tenant related issues and concerns and assists tenants on improving sales performance to increase rental retention
- Handles coordination with internal and external
- Serves as Broker's rep contact person
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year business course
- With work experience in Leasing, Sales, Marketing, Business Development
- Good communication and presentation skills.
