Job Description
Provide operational support to the zone based on constant monitoring of requirements:
- Track sales progress of the zone & provide the Selling Managers reports that analyze reasons for variances with recommended corrective actions
- Cascade new offerings & special promotions to the Selling Managers of the branches & recommend sales catch up plans as needed
- Coordinate with branches in the zone to fulfill specific logistical requirements (inventory transfers, staff reassignments & temporary deployments)
- Monitor & control the expenses vs. approved budget of the zone (also direct the annual budgeting process to ensure that all cost items are planned)
- Coach & evaluate Selling Managers based on given set of business standards & goals; perform yearly individual training needs analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, Managerial capacity
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Personable; creative, innovative and with excellent communication and public relation skills
- Must have proven track record in sales and in managing a particular district/region handling similar sales team set-up
- Willing to travel within North Luzon, South Metro Manila and Visayas
