Job Description

Champion company's efforts to attract, train, and keep the best employees. Work closely with the organization's leaders and human resources business partners to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company.

Drive Employee Engagement Strategy

Partner with human resources teams and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies. This can include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, and more.

Develop Corporate Training Programs

Collaborate with their Training to design training programs. Identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development. Ensure that, a.) key talent gets needed resources and information to effectively lead and organization towards strategic goals; b.) leadership development happens at an appropriate level that meets the current and future needs of the company.

Conduct Talent Assessments

Utilize leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies. The results of talent assessments are then used to fill key skill gaps. Evaluating talent helps talent development managers identify employee readiness, talent gaps, and retention risks.

Measure Overall Training Effectiveness

Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs. Carefully monitor and analyze training data and statistics. Focuses on improving employee abilities and strengthening the skill set of existing workforce.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Organizational Development/Talent Management/Human Resource Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience in project management, communications with complex stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrates expertise in executing impactful, effective and innovative solutions
  • Capable of performing effectively in complex situations with limited guidance, and unafraid to challenge the status quo
  • With excellent consulting skills, and customer relationship management skills to partner effectively with senior business leaders and HR partners. Ability to manage expectations and value diverse opinions
  • With excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
