Job Description
- Establishes work flows and processes that will ensure proper and efficient use of merchandising systems
- Ensures user compliance to established policies and procedures on the use of merchandising systems.
- Draft advisories/memos related to system enhancement implementation and corresponding policy statements
- Collaborates with concerned support groups on any system update, enhancement or upgrade of merchandising (computer) applications to check possible impact on interface applications.
- Support merchandising systems users by identifying training needs and providing hands-on assistance; as well as day-to-day issue resolution
- Create training materials and facilitate merchandising systemsrelated orientation for merchandising personnel as the need arises
- Prepares management reports/presentation as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Process Design & Control/Instrumentation or equivalent.
