Job Description

  • Welcomes all Prestige members and guests accessing the Prestige Lounge
  • Serves refreshments and attends promptly to requests/queries of Prestige members and their guests
  • Strictly implements Prestige Lounge House Rules
  • Records Prestige member interactions, through incident reports, especially when it involves complaints and/or feedback
  • Efficiently coordinates with all offices in The SM Store as well as Head Office relating to Prestige Lounge operations
  • Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the Prestige Lounge and backroom areas

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year graduate of any course (2-year diploma holder if with exemplary skill set shall be considered)
  • With pleasing personality
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written
  • Internship / Work Experience in the hotel industry and/or customer service industry is/are a plus
  • Comfortable in using computer applications
  • Has good grasp or with experience in working around customer service
  • Ability to stay calm when Prestige members are stressed or upset
  • Willing to work flexible/long hours
  • Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Estancia, Pasig
