Job Description

  • Design & Develop Training Programs & Curricula
    • Design & develop training curricula & programs in line with the Training & Development Strategy
  • Design Traning Curricula
    • Design TNA tools; analyze TNA data & recommend training courses & programs to support the training curricula
  • Design & Development of Skills Efficiency & Leadership Courses
    • Design & develop programs in the Skills Efficiency & Leadership Curricula; customize with external providers
  • Design & Develop Values Workshops
    • Design, develop & facilitate Values Workshop for Managers & Officers
  • Certify Facilitators (DM’s Below)
    • Certify facilitators for internally developed training programs for DMs & below; conduct actual course briefing for external facilitators
  • Prepare Training Program Costs
    • Compute cost of training programs in the Skills Efficiency & Leadership Curricula

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Has knowledge of and experience in the Training Cycle
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the HR field is required for this position
  • Preferably in a Manager role/level
  • Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
  • Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Grand Central
