Job Description
- CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS: Cultivate customer satisfaction by directing all front-end activities
- MONITOR QUEUE STANDS SET-UP ACTIVELY
- Check that queue stands & other guides are properly installed/set-up at predetermined counters to manage queuing during peak hours/days
- MONITOR CONDITION OF CASHIER COUNTERS
- Make daily check on the cleanliness & organization, set up of cashier counters, display of marketing collaterals, if any
- AUDIT CHECKERS
- Make constant rounds in the selling area to check if Checkers comply with the set standards in packaging/bagging of purchased items
- PROVIDE INTERBRANCH SUPPORT
- Coordinate with other branches to fulfill specific logistical requirements (counter equipment & on-loan staff)
- TRAIN CHECKING SUPERVISORS
- Coach & evaluate Checking Supervisors based on given set of business standards & goals (also perform yearly individual training needs analysis)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course
- Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of related experience
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Grand Central
