Job Description
ATTEND TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS: Attend to customer concerns/requests & facilitate processing of transaction for merchandise return & loyalty program card processing
- OPERATE POS MACHINE
Transact merchandise return transaction in the POS machine to generate Sales Return Voucher; facilitate issuance of the automated Sales Invoice
- HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES
Give product & service feedback to immediate superior for endorsement to concerned department
- OPERATE IN-HOUSE SOFTWARE
Transact the SM Advantage/Prestige/Global Pinoy/TK Amazing claiming of personalized/renewal/replacement card on the system
- RECORD MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Facilitate endorsement of returned merchandise to respective departments
- CLEAN THE AREA
Organize returned items in the designated pigeon holes, properly arrange the supplies inside the cabinets
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette. Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Fairview
