Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of his zone/area ensuring a high level of personal efficiency, consistent implementation of standard procedures and achievement of business profitability and growth
- Ensures that business goals are clearly defined and communicated
- Develops and implements strategies for process improvement and sales achievement of assigned zone/region
- Reviews reports and identify areas for improvement
- Monitors staff performance to ensure that standards are met and recommend necessary intervention
- Conducts process review and compliance audit
- Ensures that reports are accurately prepared and submitted
- Ensures adherence to set standards
- Plans and endorses manpower requirements for approval
- Coordinates with branches and relevant head office units to address operational concerns
- Orients new employees on Company policies and guidelines
- Attends to queries, concerns, and elevates the same when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree
- With a strong managerial background
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to handle Visayas Branches: Cebu, Seaside, and Consolacion
- Full-time positions available
