Job Description
Manage Customer Interactions: Cultivate customer satisfaction by directing all front-end activities
- Audit Counter Staff
Make daily checks on team’s knowledge (promos, store layout, services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels, no chatting)
- Train Counter Supervisors
Coach & evaluate Counter Supervisors based on given set of business standards & goals
- Control Open Counters
Determine number of counters to be opened & the number of POS machines to be opened per shift
- Provide Interbranch Support
Coordinate with other branches to fulfill specific logistical requirements (counter equipment & on-loan staff)
- Manage Customer Queueing Actively
Direct customer traffic to other available counters to manage queuing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course
- Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions
- Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
