Job Description
He/She is responsible for the creative that supports the overall VM strategy, inclusing point of sale & marketing collateral, visual presentation, branding and overall store presentation.
- Create innovative design concepts for visual merchandising, point of purchase, print education materials while maintaining brand strategy and identity, including story boards for concept and execution
- Ensure level of exellence in all creative work; consistency, cohensiveness and is within budget
- Partner and collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver string creative execution to enhance consumer overall retail experience
- Keeps updated on the business environment, current market, economic situations and unerstands the impact of the changes in business
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Knowledge in print production including retouching, pre-press, proofing and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch Up, 3D animation (After Effects)
- Must have experience in photo art direction and excellent typographic design skills
- With strong leadership and management skills
- Passion for fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends
