Job Description
- Monitoring status reports and in general, requirements of GPMC Management, and incidents for all Project sites.
- Reminding Project sites of critical matters/deliverables which are included in the status reports, requirements of GPMC Management and closure of incidents.
- Analyzing data (based on Project status reports) to come up with a recommendation for GPMC’s improvement.
- Monitoring weather forecast to anticipate typhoons and other calamities.
- Any other tasks related to the foregoing as required by GPMC Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate of any (4) year course
- With experience Preferably in Property Management
- At least Two (2) year work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
