Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist users in troubleshooting application issues
- Communicate/Escalate support issues to external vendors and/or SysDev
- Manage resolution timelines with external vendor and/or SysDev
- Perform QA Activities
- Assist in Project Management
- Assist in business requirements gathering
- Install, test and deploy system patches
- Perform Data Analytics
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- With credible application support experience, preferably ACD, SAP, CRM and/or client and web-based business solutions applications
- With exposure in Project Management and/or QA experience
- Good working knowledge of SQL and experience in SDL
- With minimum 2 years experience in handling and supporting systems and/or applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
