Job Description
- Assists in cost-planning relating to budget preparation, specifically in the preparation of estimates and quantity take-off associated with architectural and structural works
- Supports the quantity survey group in preparing bill of quantities leading to establishment of accurate and reliable cost database
- Helps update the current QS database and historical info and maintain its files and records
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering from a reputable university or colleges
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSA, fit-out works with at least 2 years as cost/estimating engineer
- PRC Licensed not required but will be advantage
- Exposure in estimating and cost engineering
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Computer skills (MS Office applications, AutoCAD)
- Team player, responsible, righteous and morally upright
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
