Job Description
- Sourcing, interviewing and conducting job offers to candidates based on manpower requirements
- Pre-onboarding and post on- boarding requirements of new hires
- Coordination and meeting with line managers
- Different recruitment activities (referral programs, job fairs etc.)
- General HR - recruitment functions
- Performing tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- With 3 years experince in Recruitment as Supervisor
- Client Relationship
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Social media savvy (networking)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
