Job Description
- Prepare project documentation and manages team performance of identified risks.
- Ensure project team completes the project on schedule and within agreed scope.
- Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from project sponsors / steering committee.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of work experience in handling projects, preferably related to systems and process changes.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Tools including Visio.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of the English language and can do various types of project reports.
- Organized.
