Job Description
- Assist the Project Director in managing and overseeing the real estate projects assigned to them.
- Land Acquisition
- Assist in conducting the technical due diligence on the property in coordination with business planning and engineering.
- Project Conceptualization
- Participate in the master planning, conceptual, and schematic design development with the Project Director.
- Project Planning
- Help ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are completed and issues addressed.
- Project Implementation
- Assist in the execution of launch plans.
- Project Delivery / After Sales
- Assist in the preparation of the project close out report and compares the same with the original business plan/feasibility study.
- Land Acquisition
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
