Job Description
- Receive approved BRF/Buyer's request from customer service and billing and collections.
- Counter check the required documents attached in BRF/Buyer's request.
- Execute changes/updated in SAP:
- Restruct payment schedule.
- Change buyer's details as per approved BRF/Buyer's request and other departments.
- Correction of name
- Change in address
- Change in civil status
- Update on contact details
- Transfer rights.
- Delete and add co-buyer.
- Transfer unit (including company-initiated transfers).
- Delete excess E-log requirements (migration error).
- Change in mode of payment.
- Perform correction of booking error (payment conditions).
- Re-instate accounts.
- Adjust commision related request.
- Monitor all BRFs/Buyers's request.
- For execution
- Transfers
- Cancellations
- Endorse the following BRF/Buyer's requests:
- Cancellation of accounts to data control.
- Adjustment payment schedules to documentation department for CTS preparation or amendments.
- IOM to AR ledgering for further processing.
- Update CRM for status of BRF/Buyer's request implementation.
- Attend the follow-ups regarding BRF/Buyer's request implementation status.
- Re-print payment schedule (if applicable).
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, BSC Financial/Managerial Accounting, or any business related course.
- Analytical, keenness, and detailed oriented.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
