Job Description
Plan & develop strategy to & improve operational efficiency & effectiveness
- Deploy accounting strategies - deploy all accounting strategies, processes, policies, systems & metrics that contribute to the overall success of the business
- Propose process improvements - implement improvements to enhance existing accounting processes; analyze & resolve issues
- Check compliance - check compliance / adherence to tax ruling, financial reporting standards & internal control measures; review reports to management & external regulatory reports; recommend controls to eliminate or reduce incidence of fraud
- Approve voucher - perform 2nd level review of voucher package; sign off on voucher package & billing statements package / billing statements
- Business partnership - build a strong business relationship with the internal client; support management initiatives by building financial models & case studies to support business decisions; review & communicate results of financial & non-financial metrics of the business
Minimum Qualifications
- At least (7) years of related work experience in a managerial capacity
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exposed in General Accounting and Project Management
