Job Description
JOB LOCATION: SM Corporate Office - Pasay City
A. Portfolio Management
- Ensure centralized project repository for project updates.
- Facilitate, consolidate and analyze project updates to effectively monitor projects.
- Analyze organizational performance metrics, provides summaries and recommendations.
- Work and collaborate with business user group to prioritize delivery of projects.
- Responsible for meeting agreed SLAs with the different business units, business users and IT Shared Services.
B. Process and Audit Management
- Define and standardize SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process including templates and ensure compliance within ITS (Information Technology Services).
- Define KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and metrics.
- Create, publish, educate and execute process reviews as input to further improvements.
- Provide quarterly independent review of existing company business practices and initiatives to ensure continuous improvements.
- Provide project portfolio tools standardization.
C. Demand and Resource Management
- Translate directives and strategies into a resource plan.
- Plan with Delivery Teams on resource requirements based on approved & anticipated projects.
- Support for resource requirements.
D. Cost Benefits and Realization
- Leads, manages and reports on financial needs of projects in the portfolio
- Facilitates reviews of project success measures and benefits (metrics)
- Oversees and helps with project closures
E. Training and Competency Development
- Plan and support for training requirements for ITS
- Conduct and implement employment engagement through Brown Bag Sessions, indoor team building and activities.
- Ensure Technical PMs (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Leads, PMO, QA, Technical Analysts get the training and certification necessary.
