Job Description
Responsible for ensuring efficiency in the production process. He will assist in the overall activities of the Production and Creatives team. This includes preparation of permits, monitoring of product samples, assisting during shoots, and the overall coordination with all pertinent groups to ensure smooth implementation of processes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manages movement of the product samples for shoot
- Ensures that all product samples including the barcodes and packaging materials are returned to source intact
- Assists Production team during shoots
- Prepares permits for any activities related to production
- Performs all clerical activities related to production
- Reports to Sr. Manager, Production & Creatives and works closely with the Merchandising team
Minimum Qualifications
- Online retail experience an advantage.
- Candidate must possess a degree in any 4 year course.
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Constantly updates his/herself with the latest online trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work constructively and collaboratively with different personalities; team player
- Flexible, willing to learn, and has organization and time-management skills.
- Willing to be assigned in SM Cubao
