Job Description
- Manage client concerns/ product issues referring the matter to the right person/department and follow through until resolved.
- Update client on status of unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
- Prepare service tracking report/ monthly service report and other related reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business course or equivalent;
- Have experience in Customer Service;
- Consistent with reporting;
- Must possess good communication skills, as she may have to instruct others on the operation of equipment and how to troubleshoot it;
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel;
