Sales Development Representative  

What to Expect from the Role

• You’ll work from our Katipunan office (and sometimes from home) with your Account Executives to build a viable revenue pipeline for the business. And while you’re an SDR, we’ll teach and coach you about software sales, the Human Capital Management (HCM) / Rewards and Recognition industry, and how to reach your potential.
• Successful SDRs are highly organized, and exude infectious, positive attitudes. They know how to hustle, approach their work with a beginner’s mind, and want to win.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Development efforts in assigned territories or industries, schedule meetings, and create revenue opportunities for Account Executives.
• Qualify inbound leads, as well as prospect into ideal prospective companies.
• Invest time corresponding and engaging with senior leaders of large businesses - on the phone, by email, and through social media outreach.
• Evangelize the SkyEye brand and offering, and educate prospects on best practices we’re seeing in the marketplace regardind drone based surveying.
• Represent SkyEye at industry events and conferences around the country.
• Manage and monitor your work using sales tools and technologies.
• Recognize your peers for leading by example, inspiring, and being awesome.
• Conduct thoughtful research on target accounts in order to turn cold calls into warm calls.
• Using your creativity and excellent communication skills, initiate quality conversations with target accounts.
