Job Description
- Coordinate with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the company and implement their programs.
- Compile and enter entries into Quickbooks and related accounting software.
- Compile and analyze financial information to document business entries and prepare these entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts.
- Be responsible for standard journal entries.
- Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries.
- Reconcile sub-ledger accounts such as inventory.
- Verify and reconcile contracts, orders, and vouchers.
- Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Cross-train in other duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Entry Level Job
- CPA is not necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Good English skills, both in writing and communication.
