Logistics Analyst | Jr. Manager  

Primarily responsible for conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. The job will help increase efficiency and reduce costs. The role also requires an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Requires experience in logistics and supply chain processes. The role’s main objective/ goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data --- Logistics KPI Dashboard
• Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures, systems and methods
• Review and analyze gathered data to locate what areas in the supply chain process/systems and develop methods to improve
• Research partner companies and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
• Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with business partners and vendors
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology, systems and processes

• Knowledgeable in materials management/distribution concepts and functions

• Proficient in both oral and written communications

• Computer literate (Excel Proficient)

• Good interpersonal skills & highly organized
