Job Description
Network Operations Manager shall effectively manage network and technical resources to ensure reliability of existing network facilities to support expansion projects for CATV and broadband services. He or She will manage the fulfillment of requirements related to data installation and servicing, plant network repair and maintenance for Cavite. He or She will conduct data analysis, plan, develop, specify, review and revise processes to improve manpower productivity and service efficiency for Cavite.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer
- Preferably with at least 5 years managerial experience in network operations in Cable TV or Telco
- With strong project management experience and experienced in managing a team accountable in delivering performance targets
- Must be organized, with strong objective decision making skills and problem solving capabilities
- Experienced in people management and conflict resolution
- Technical expertise must include knowledge of Cable and Broadband Network Operations
- Willing to be assigned in Cavite
