Job Description
The Human Resources Officer based in Laguna will be primarily responsible in ensuring that HR services and responsibilities are being delivered to the Employees and Management efficiently and effectively.
Must have a strong background in the following areas:
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Compensation and Benefits
- Labor Relations
- Employee Engagement
- HRIS
- Performance Management
Minimum Qualifications
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) / Behavioral Science / Social Science / Nursing or any related course.
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in different HR Facets
- Must be familiar with HR processes
- With proven experience as Human Resource Generalist gained from a Manufacturing Company or a Unionized Company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Forms
- With precision and accuracy in the performance of assigned tasks
- Must be keen to details, a self-starter and a team player
- With excellent organizational and communication skills
