Job Description
The DTH Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible in the strategic development of Corpo/Commercial DTH product portfolio for new accounts, channels and institutional partnerships. He/She will participate in planning, organizing, executing and controlling relevant trade programs that translate national corporate/commercial objectives. He/She will also grow and monitor performance of targeted territories, business and trade partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product, strategies programs and set targets.
- Scanning and assessing coverage areas to determine market demand and potential.
- Develop business cases for various trade partnerships for Corporate/Commercial DTH
- Prospect, negotiate and close accounts and Trade partnerships.
- Monitor performance of product portfolio thru targeted territories, business and trade partners.
- Preparing business forecasts for identified Business Partner, Develop and prepare business case
- Conduct market scanning and competitive analysis.
- Prepare, recommend departmental forecasts in close coordination with other department heads.
- Regularly monitor operational budget consumed versus allocated.
- Report and update Head on budget status, expense and availability of fund.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related course
- With at least 5-8 years sales/ trade management experience preferably in a Telco or related sectors
- Has experience in handling Sales Team/s
- Knowledgeable in Distributor and Contractor management
- With experience in handling corporate clients and distributorship sales channels
- Must be willing to go on field or travel assignment on a regular basis.
