Job Description
- Identifies market opportunities and prospect clients.
- Researches on the features and the selling points of all motorcycle units.
- Ensures that sales targets are met efficiently.
- Recruits and recommends Authorized Display Centres (ADCs) to superiors for verification and approval.
- Monitors the activities and performance of ADCs and existing agents.
- Takes care of and follows-up on customer inquiries.
- Completes customers' application requirements for submission to the Credit Verifier.
- Coordinates schedules of the applicant with the Credit Verifier.
- Coordinates release of unit upon credit approval.
- Conducts daily motorcycle inventory count.
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom.
- Accomplishes and submits pre and post-marketing brief reports and competitors' pricelist report.
- Complies with the set rules and regulations of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business courses.
- At least two years of relevant experience in sales or any related field.
- No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribery, dishonesty, or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office
- Team player and dedicated to improving the esprit de corps anchored on the principle of mutual respect.
- Superb communication skills.
- Knows how to ride a motorcycle.
- Willing to travel or be assigned on different areas from time to time where his expertise will be required.
- Flexibility to do and complete any other task that may be assigned.
