Job Description
- Ensures service sales targets are met efficiently.
- Completes inspection of all newly-delivered units.
- Orients customers regarding the service warranty policy and proper motorcycle maintenance.
- Provides tips on preventive motorcycle maintenance.
- Usage of free service coupons, retention, and periodic maintenance.
- Activates all motorcycle units for release and ensures that the motorcycle is in good running condition before release.
- Conducts pre-delivery inspection to motorcycle units that will be transferred.
- Assesses and reactivates REPI units and keeps them in good running condition up to the time of release.
- Assists in inventory count.
- Stencils chassis and engine numbers upon delivery of units and before transfer of units.
- Performs motorcycle unit repair and maintenance on service units, REPO units, and customers' units.
- Properly files out Job Order (JO) and Customer Service Record.
- Conforms to JO procedure before accepting repair.
- Diagnoses unit and discusses results and procedures to the customer.
- Repairs and/or replaces faulty parts.
- Consolidates and submits service coupons to the SL on or before the first Friday of the month.
- Performs service job estimate for insurance purposes of the motorcycle units of the customer.
- Ensures that his/her work area adheres to the 6S Methodology at all times.
- Complies with the set rules and regulations of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any vocational course on technical services, etc.
- At least one year of relevant experience in technical services or any related field.
- No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribery, dishonesty, or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office
- Superb communication skills.
- Team player and dedicated to improving the esprit de corps anchored on the principle of mutual respect.
- Knows how to ride a motorcycle.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to different areas from time to time where his expertise will be required.
- Flexibility to do and complete any other task that may be assigned
