Job Description
- Negotiate and educate clients applying for MC Loan.
- Product Orientation
- Price Evaluation
- Loan Assessment Guide
- Attend to client’s concern regarding loan requirements.
- Analyze and render decision outright based on available documents like CAF (Credit Application Form), if positive (approvable) or negative.
- Coordinate with internal customers.
- Show a pleasant working relationship with all branch employees.
- Properly coordinate with CI/CO for field verification.
- Coordinate soundly with HO employees.
- Comply with other assigned responsibilities such as:
- Review each application to be thorough and accurate.
- Check if the customer is included in the updated negative list.
- Act as a tele-CI whenever possible.
- Facilitate the clearing of all underwriting or decision conditions.
- Prepare all loan documents and forward to HO for processing (scan to mail)
- Send CIER to HO with complete information.
- Coordinate with CAS-coordinator regarding required documents.
- Convince the customer to avail the loan.
- Review mandatory requirements prior to release of unit.
- Orient customer while on the process of releasing.
- Report directly to FS, FM, and Loan Underwriter if any problem will arise.
- Accomplish or submit the following reports:
- Credit Investigation and Evaluation Report- with complete information.
- Credit Application Form – check for completeness of information.
- Credit Application Form together with CIER-Daily.
- ADAM ( Application Database Monitoring) - update daily.
- LP Monitoring Report-Update daily and month-end.
- Project 25 Credit Application Template.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of any Business or 4-year college course.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Credit Policy or any related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- To negotiate and close a transaction.
- To discuss financial loans, terms, and conditions.
- No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribery, dishonesty, or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office.
- Team player and dedicated to improving the esprit de corps anchored on the principle of mutual respect.
- Knows how to ride motorcycle and with a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel or be assigned on different areas from time to time where his expertise will be required.
