Job Description
- Interviews process participants to understand exactly how their processes work
- Documents process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models
- Analyzes process models as they are (As-is), compare them to the future and improved designs (To-be) and determine the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state
- Designs business processes (To-be) and manages any subsequent changes to them
- Identifies, documents, and analyzes business rules that govern the implementation of business processes
- Writes Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications to be used by the developers for process automation
- Tests and executes processes using the BPMS to ensure that the right results are achieved
- Examines processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations
- Collates feedback on process performance to form the basis of future process improvement projects
- Monitors and measures the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- Has experience in credit and financing sector business strategies and processes
- Proven abilities to institute process improvement and/or change (with business benefit) in implementing technology systems
- Experience in documentation of business process as required to deliver business systems
- Experience in applciation development
- Good communicator with business and technology people
