Job Description
- Takes responsibility in identifying market and prospecting clients outside of the branch
- Does field work all the time to look for prospective clients and at the same time, to run errands related to branch/sales requirements as the need arises but with consent/instruction coming from his/her head
- Orients customer on Installment contract
- Ensures that Credit Application Form and all relevant documents are properly and completely filled up by the customer
- Coordinates with the Credit Specialist and the applicants for Credit Investigation
- Follows up with the customers for submission of requirements
- Assists in handling inquiries of applicants
- Plans and implements sales and marketing activities to be submitted to Branch Manager for proper endorsement to Area Manager for approval
- Recruits Sales Agents, authorized display centers, information centers, and monitors/records their activities
- Accomplishes/submits the following reports to Branch Manager for endorsement and information:
- Pre-marketing briefs – submitted at least a month prior to activity to BM
- Post-marketing brief – submitted 24 hours after completion of activity to BM
- Competitors Pricelist – submitted 3 days before start of succeeding month to BM and Marketing
- Assures cleanliness and orderliness of the branch
- Handles and cleans the motorcycle display area on a daily basis
- Abides with the set rules and regulations of the company
- Performs any other task as may be assigned to him from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle
- Has a valid driver's license
