Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for the following
- Recruitment - end to end talent acquisition processes and drafts pertinent reports as required by the Immediate Head.
- Compensation - responsible for all transactions involving statutory benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, and BIR. They are also responsible for other benefits as initiated by the organization
- Other tasks that may be assigned (involving the other facets of HR)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business/Human Resource Administration/BS Psychology or any related field.
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office/GSuite.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- With at least 1 year of experience
- Must have the potential or skills for interviewing, sourcing
- Above average communication skills
