Job Description
- Manages and oversees the daily activities of accredited collection agency partners through regular meetings and discussions with its assigned agency supervisor and agents
- Assign and rotate collection accounts for assigning to the agency based on company policies
- Clearly communicate to the agency the goals set by management and ensure these are regularly measured vs actual performance
- Provide regular feedback on agency performance vs set goals
- Build and maintain strong relationship with the agency by providing the support needed
- Identify performance improvement areas, develop action plans and provide recommendations to ensure targets are met by the accredited collection agency partners
- Monitor delinquency, charge off and agency productivity daily
- Coach and develop collections staff to improve performance
- Train and guide the accredited agents to meet expected goals
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures regarding collection agency management are met
- Other related work that needs to be accomplished from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree is Required
- At least 2-3yrs job experience as a loan collector
- Good leadership and people skills
- Good Communications skills
- Attentive to details
- Knowledgeable and able to use Excel and Word with ease
