Job Description
- Conducts store visits and audits to verify store compliance to policies and procedures.
- Train branch employees on quality procedures, protocols, and documentation
- Inspect and test processes and procedures – take measurements and compare to a predefined standard
- Investigate measurements that are found to deviate from standards
- Creates, presents and analyzes reports on branch store evaluations
- Gather, designs and reviews store management systems that will ensure delivery of products and services to the customers at the right quality, quantity and time.
- Analyzes and recommends improvements, policies and guidelines of all processes and systems that affect the overall quality of service to customers.
- Conducts time and motion studies to ensure that store operations are efficient.
- Prepare documents such as process manuals, written reports and presentations in agreed format.
- Ensuring auditing and branch documentation are kept up to date.
- Accomplishes other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
- Preferably with experience in Quality Assurance/Control or Process Improvement.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related field
- Well-versed in MS Office or Google Suite applications, Lucidchart (any work chart software)
- Willing to travel and conduct store visits the majority of the time.
