Job Description
- Prepares realistic gantt chart for the projects that would ensure its timely completion
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
- Controls project plans by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Evaluates the capacity and capability of future and existing Contractors on a quarterly basis
- Values progress billing requests from project contractors
- Advises on technical expertise when necessary
- Resolves immediate concerns and/or queries issued by his/her stakeholders
- Completes any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer
- Experience in house construction
- Fluent in MS Office or G-Suite, and AutoCAD or other engineering-related software
- Residing in Pasig City is preferred
