Job Description
Responsible for analyzing for the completeness, efficiency, and effectiveness of billing and process and collection process for Consumers Loan.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysis of past due reports
- In charge of database conversion of Universal List
- In charge of monitoring and reconciliation on the collection from Collection Agency
- In charge of the monitoring of PDC
- Assists in the evaluation and management of out-sourced collection agency
- Ensures that demand letters/notice of dishonored checks are endorsed to Account Executives and properly documented.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate; preferably with BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, with a background or with technical courses related to Financing Company any equivalent degree related to administrative practices will be highly advantageous.
- Possess Good Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Attention to details, acts quickly, sense of urgency, able to meet deadlines.
