Job Description
The Applications Support Assistant Manager is next to the Applications Support Manager in leading and managing the Applications Support Group which handles support of business applications used within the organization. He/she ensures that the support team is providing the necessary help to the end-users on problems and issues encountered on the day-to-day usage of the applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or IT
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience with superior customer service
- Possess leadership skills to direct an Application Support Team
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to change priorities quickly and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Team Player.
