Job Description
To provide essential support to Project Managers and business users in achieving project success.
- Examines current system and devise ways to add new functionality or enhance existing system
- Oversees installation/configuration/setup of new systems implemented in the organization
- Collaborates with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System or Computer Engineering
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience is required
- Proven work experience as Systems Analyst is required
- Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology is preferred
- Familiar with, Software Testing, Implementation and Change Management is preferred
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation
- Experience with UX/UI, User Centered Design, Prototyping is preferred
- Experience using automation tools such RobotJ or Silk is preferred
- Project management experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of any ERP solutions like SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, IFS, Microsoft Navision, JD Edwards, etc.
