Job Description
IT Branch Technical Support Engineer acts as the main IT Support for onsite related services. This includes all IT-related requests like desktop, IT hardware, CCTV, and IT support to branch users. The position ensures that service level commitments are met and provide excellent customer satisfaction. This position also ensures customer value is met to the standards set forth by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other IT equipment
- Understands the components of IT related hardware and desktop equipment
- Good customer service skills
- Having ITIL and/or CompTia A+ certification is a plus
- Knowledgeable of using a ticketing software is an advantage
