Job Description:
Recruitment Associate executes the end-to-end process of staffing employees for the company. Searching and screening the most qualified candidate among the pool of applicants. It starts with identifying the job vacancy until the deployment of the applicant for the job position.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
- Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and databases.
