Job Description
- Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training programs monthly which are aligned with the budget and organizational vision
- Facilitates engagement activities and ensures attainment of set goals
- Prepares necessary props, designs, and materials needed for the program
- Handles and monitors Performance Management tools such as OIC assessment and regularization to ensure that all employees under such probationary period are evaluated timely and correctly
- Provides assistance and coaching to fellow associates and new hires and ensures that best practices or standards are maintained and followed
- Facilitates internal learning sessions with regards to TOD fundamentals
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Well adept in handling training participants across all levels
- Has a background in OD diagnostic tools, interventions, and evaluation
- Highly analytical and presentation/reporting skills
- Amenable working in Ortigas, Pasig on a day shift
- 2 Full-Time positions available
