Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sources, recruits, and interviews prospective employees for Non-Agent positions.
  • Determines the best avenue for recruiting.
  • Builds a pool of qualified applicants reducing lead-time required to fill classes within designated timeframes.
  • Administers testing programs as directed.
  • Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports the administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
  • Partners with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs and ensure appropriate applicant flow.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years Non-agent recruitment experience required.
  • Call center experience strongly preferred.
