Job Description
Sitel Philippines is looking for a Business Comm & Research Lead who is expected to:
- Lead and direct a team of Business Writers by overseeing projects and delivering new research content and collateral.
- Be responsible for overall delivery of case studies, product overviews, geography overviews, industry overviews, and other client communications assigned projects.
- Build and maintain a central communications presentation repository and a content creation calendar; keep an accurate job log and prioritization matrix, provide economic research support in the creation of new presentations and collaborate with web/graphic designers and video editors.
- Other duties may include supporting internal communications, field marketing or special marketing projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Business degree holder with emphasis on Economics, Business Management, or Communication Research
Experience Target:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in the same role
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Solid communications and economics research experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Team Development
- Understanding of economic trends and processes, business writing.
- Excellent conversational and written knowledge of English
- Effective time management with the ability to organize and prioritize in order to deliver results
- Ability to analyze processes and think operationally in order to achieve business goals
- Customer service oriented and positive person
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a range of people on different levels
- Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools and expertise with Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications
- Expert in MS PowerPoint use
