Job Description
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Under limited supervision, prepare and maintain statistical reports used in management decision-making
- Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete assignments
- Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources
- Independently plan, prepare and maintain business unit reports critical to organizational success/profitability and meeting client expectations
- Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity
- Communicate directly with manager regarding Agent standards and productivity
- May track and record attendance, tardies and attrition on a daily basis
- Additional operations support duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to collect, assess and analyze data. Works with minimal supervision and has the ability to make decisions and solve complex problems WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record as a Reporting Analyst for at least 2 years in a call center environment.
SKILLS:
- Strong computer, communication, and analytical skills. Preferably with experience with Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal skills.
