Job Description
- Proactively work with the team to pursue business relationships and responsible for generating revenue for the various SIRCLO channels as well as meeting sales targets in due time.
- Using consultative approach, collaborate and contribute with clients to plan, schedule, and execute promotion & marketing campaigns in online marketplaces, this includes the most updated and suitable products to be listed online.
- Analyze sales and trends, produce insights, and increase forecast accuracy especially on product needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing client and sales channels.
- Maintain product listing and pricing in our CMS regularly.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company.
- Produce and present monthly reports to clients.
- Practice great leadership, accountability, and critical thinking.
- Create fun and hardworking environment at the office (yes this is part of the job!).
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experiences in relevant fields (preferably in Key Account Management, Retail Industry, Sales & Marketing, etc. Yes we also consider Fresh Graduates to be part of our family)
- Interested and passionate about e-commerce industry
- Possess entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete task, and high initiative to take action and a team player
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint

SIRCLO was first founded in 2013 by three young entrepreneurs in Indonesia with a vision to be the leading e-commerce enabler to Indonesian local businesses. Its first solution was a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) called SIRCLO Store.
SIRCLO Store offers ready-to-use templates to build a webstore, providing brands with the solution to have an official brand.com website that facilitates online purchases. ICUBE is an Indonesian agency that provides e-commerce technology and solution specializing in Magento for retail businesses since the past 2 decades. In April 2021, SIRCLO acquired Orami, the first and biggest parenting platform in Indonesia that combines Commerce, Content, and Community within one environment. Orami’s strong community and distribution model aims to complement the omnichannel strategy offered by SIRCLO’s business line.
Over the years, SIRCLO’s diversified solutions were all created to help the company achieve its purpose in becoming Indonesia’s end-to-end e-commerce enabler for brands to reach a wider market through various digital selling channels. SIRCLO now has more than 1.000 employees, a 1.000 sqm Headquarter at Tangerang, branch offices at Bandung, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta, 3 main fulfillment centres in Tangerang (BSD, Legok, Neglasari) and 1 fulfillment centre in Surabaya (Waru).
